Product Lead, Alice

Responsibilities
Own the Alice product roadmap and priorities, treating it as your line of business
Define what success looks like and drive the product toward clear business and customer outcomes
Make fast, thoughtful tradeoffs to balance speed, quality, and long-term leverage
Translate strategy into clear product requirements, specs, and success metrics
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality features on aggressive timelines
Manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities without losing focus on what matters most
Own launches end-to-end, from scoping through post-launch iteration
Deeply understand product performance through metrics, dashboards, and qualitative insights
Identify leading indicators, diagnose issues, and drive data-informed decisions
Use experimentation and iteration to continuously improve outcomes
Bring a strong business mindset to product decisions, understanding how Alice drives growth and revenue
Partner with Go-To-Market teams to ensure the product supports demand generation, adoption, and expansion
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and leadership about priorities, tradeoffs, and impact
Identify opportunities where AI can unlock step-function improvements in user experience and efficiency
Partner with Engineering to ship AI-enabled workflows responsibly and effectively
Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and how they can be applied to Alice
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Product Management or Founder experience, ideally in early-stage or fast-scaling startups
Proven ability to own and scale a product or product area with real business impact
Strong analytical skills, comfortable deep-diving into metrics, funnels, and customer behavior
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to think like an owner
Ability to move fast, manage multiple priorities, and execute in ambiguous environments
Strong communication skills, with a bias toward clarity and decisive action
Preferred
Domain experience in GTM, sales tech, marketing tech, or revenue tooling
Founder or early-team experience, with a strong sense of ownership and scrappiness
Experience building products that support growth, demand generation, or revenue acceleration
