Monitor and respond to alerts and events from various tools, jobs, applications, and platforms
Work with internal and external service providers to resolve issues and maintain operations
Qualification
Required
Degree, or currently working towards a degree, in CS, IT, or similar
Good understanding of operating systems
Familiarity with SQL
Knowledge of Java, C++, or similar programming languages
