Responsibilities

Lead project finance activities from origination to close for large-scale midstream and energy infrastructure projects, serving as primary liaison with institutional investors and lending syndicates
Develop financial models to evaluate complex capital structures, including project debt, tax equity, joint ventures, and structured finance solutions
Structure and negotiate financing agreements across traditional midstream assets and emerging clean energy infrastructure
Prepare investment committee materials and present recommendations to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
Coordinate commercial, technical, and construction teams to drive projects from development through operations

Required

3-4+ years in project finance, energy/infrastructure investment banking, or infrastructure private equity with midstream or power exposure

Deep understanding of energy markets, midstream operations, or power generation economics
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing cross-functional initiatives
