InternCharter & Co. is seeking a motivated Video Production Intern to join their professional crew in partnership with Forge Virtual Studios. This internship focuses on hands-on experience in video production, supporting camera and lighting departments while learning the intricacies of on-set workflows.

Responsibilities
Assist on commercial, branded, and internal video productions
Support camera and lighting departments with setup, operation assistance, and breakdown
Act as an extra set of hands on set to keep productions running smoothly and efficiently
Help maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready studio environment
Assist with filming internal marketing and studio content (behind the camera)
Support b-roll capture, pickups, and secondary angles during shoots
Assist with basic on-set monitoring, media handling, and data handoff as directed
Support lighting tweaks, camera adjustments, and reset workflows between setups
Editing support as needed for internal content (not a primary responsibility)
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate pursuing film, cinematography, media production, or a related field
Clear interest in camera, lighting, and on-set production work (this role is not intended for producing or account-track candidates)
Some hands-on experience assisting with camera and/or lighting (G&E) on set (academic or personal projects acceptable)
Strong interest in commercial filmmaking and modern production environments
Strong interest in virtual production and emerging real-time production technologies
Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced, hands-on production environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, crew-minded, and eager to learn on set
Preferred
Experience with video editing software
