Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric designs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve designs
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers
Understanding of Agile methodologies
