Supervisor, Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Manage your team daily including monitoring breaks, lunches, and time spent on the phones
Conduct regular 1 on 1 meetings with your agents to review performance
Submit coaching and write ups through inside Tesla
Involved in all hiring and termination decisions in accordance with HR
Assist agents with complex situations while they are on the phone with customers
Handle escalated phone calls from customers. This includes safety score disputes, price increases, billing issues, etc
Collaborate with other Supervisors and Agency Manager to improve policies and procedures throughout the agency

Required

In depth knowledge of insurance policies, processes, and procedures
Strong communication skills
The ability to multitask, prioritize, and balance multiple projects
Prior experience supervising or managing others

De-escalate customer issues and concerns
