Inside Sales Position - Commercial Aviation (North America)
Global Aviation Co. is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow their commercial aircraft parts business across North America. The role involves managing high-volume RFQs, liaising with customers and vendors, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned customer base.

Responsibilities
Prepare and manage high-volume RFQs and quotations
Liaise directly with customers and vendors to secure pricing and lead times
Support Regional Sales Managers and the Director of Sales on key accounts
Identify new business opportunities within assigned customer base
Manage follow-ups, order flow, and customer communication end-to-end
Work in a fast-paced aftermarket environment where accuracy and speed matter
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
2+ years in sales, inside sales, customer service, or commercial support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
Interest in commercial aviation and long-term career growth in sales
Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is important)
Outlook, Teams, ERP systems (Quantum Control experience is a plus)
