Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern, you will engage in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee training, and administration of HR policies, while building professional connections for potential future employment.
Responsibilities
Recruitment, employment, job postings and employee transfers
New employee orientation and training
Administration of human resources policies and programs
Administration of employee compensation, benefits, relocation, and immigration programs
Coordination/facilitation of performance review process for client departments
Prepare, maintain, and retrieve applicant and employee records
Collect, analyze, and report data and information
Prepare, review, and process documents, including reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations
Various other duties as needed to support the business
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in Bachelor of Science program in the field of in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or another business-related degree
Completion of at least sophomore year of study by the summer of 2026
Currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
