HR Assistant
Signature IT World Inc is seeking a high-energy, resourceful HR Assistant to join their team in Parsippany, NJ. The role involves managing HR operations, supporting employee onboarding and retention, and serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries.
Responsibilities
Manage the file room and lead office cleanup/organization related to employee offboarding
Partner with the team to coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires and actively participate in initiatives to boost employee retention
Serve as the primary point of contact for the "HRXpert" phone line, providing helpful and timely responses to employee inquiries
Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and arrange catering for training programs and employee relations events
Maintain the personnel database and compile essential statistics on turnover, vacation, and special monthly reports
Manage supplies and company promotional items, ensuring the department has what it needs to succeed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of demonstrated experience in HR, employee relations, or high-level administration
H.S. Diploma or GED required
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your work
Ability to move around the office, manage physical files, and assist with office cleanup tasks
Preferred
5+ years of relevant administrative or HR experience preferred
