Responsibilities

Business Requirements Management

+ Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business requirements for IT initiatives

+ Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements

+ Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Change Strategy & Planning

+ Develop and execute change management strategies for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals

+ Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to integrate change management into project plans

Stakeholder Engagement

+ Build strong relationships with business units to understand their needs and concerns

+ Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights and feedback

+ Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Change Execution & Adoption

+ Design and implement communication, training, and engagement plans to support change adoption

+ Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption rates, and resistance

+ Identify and mitigate risks related to change resistance and misalignment

Continuous Improvement

+ Analyze post-implementation feedback to identify improvement opportunities

+ Contribute to the development of change management frameworks, tools, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years of experience in Business Requirement Elicitation

3+ years of experience in change management within IT environments

Proven experience in business requirements gathering and analysis

Strong understanding of IT systems, project management methodologies, and business processes

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
