The Director of Property Management will oversee operations, performance, and tenant satisfaction across the multi-state commercial portfolio, providing strategic leadership and technical guidance.

Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day and long-term property management operations across the portfolio
Oversee Property Managers and building operations teams; provide coaching and technical guidance
Ensure optimal performance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, etc.)
Manage budgets, forecasts, capital plans, and financial reporting
Collaborate with Leasing, Construction, Finance, and Operations on tenant needs and deal execution
Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure high service standards
Implement and enforce operational processes, preventive maintenance, and compliance standards
Provide executive updates, risk assessments, and operational recommendations

Required

7+ years of experience in commercial property or facilities management
Strong understanding of building systems and operational best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple properties
