The PSD Rental Coordinator will communicate with clients regarding rental agreements, track rental costs, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed for billing.

Responsibilities

Communicates with client to determine if an account has been established and if a certificate of insurance is on file

Notes cost of rental, based on type of equipment, daily rates, insurance coverage’s, and amount of deposit required

Completes rental contract, explains rental policies and procedure, verifies credit, and obtains customer signature and deposit

Keeps track of costs for each PSD Rental job

Ensures all necessary paperwork is turned in for appropriate billing

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

High School diploma or GED

1-2 years of experience

Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers

The employee who holds this position will have the sole responsibility to respond and address after-hours, weekend, and holiday rental needs

Computer Skills Required - Microsoft Office, Word & Excel

Must be able to comprehend, speak, and write the English language

Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Job requirements change requiring re-training to stay current every 1-2 years

Job requires basic problem solving ability using established examples / guidance
