Responsibilities

Lead overall project strategy, execution, and financial performance across ground-up and fit-out portfolios
Oversee multiple project teams, providing direction to project managers, superintendents, and field leadership
Maintain strong client relationships and support pursuit and repeat-business efforts
Review budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management
Monitor quality, safety, and risk across active projects
Support subcontractor procurement, buyout strategy, and contract negotiations
Resolve high-level project issues and ensure consistent communication with all stakeholders
Mentor project teams and support staff development and performance

Required

10–15+ years of commercial construction experience, including ground-up and interior fit-outs
Proven leadership managing multiple teams and complex project portfolios
Strong financial, scheduling, and contractual oversight capabilities
Excellent communication, client-facing presence, and relationship-building skills
Ability to develop staff and support broader operational growth initiatives

Preferred

Experience in industrial, distribution, commercial, and interior renovation work preferred
