Customer Service Rep/Insurance Verification

They are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer care and front desk support.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism
Assist clients with paperwork and ensure all documents are properly completed and filed
Schedule appointments for services and obtain necessary prior authorizations
Handle phone calls, perform phone assessments, and answer client questions
Advocate for treatment and provide information about our services
Properly and accurately document data related to client interactions
Communicate with staff regarding clients and services performed
Perform client chart audits and work with staff and physicians to ensure proper documentation and billing
Complete daily paperwork and enter data into the designated system
Assist with transportation coordination for clients as needed
Perform other clerical duties including inventory and maintenance of supplies, copying, faxing, scanning, and mailing as assigned
Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Follow processes and scripted procedures

Required

Must have experience with Insurance Verification preferably in Behavior Health
Professionalism and calm demeanor are essential for this client-facing position
Experience in a medical office front desk, call center, or administrative role
Strong oral and written communication skills
Understanding of confidentiality and discretion
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset and a desire to help others succeed
