Qualification
Required
Ability to lift up to 50 – 75 lbs. on a regular basis
Operate hand tools (hammer, broom, air operated nail gun and staple gun, etc.)
Ability to stand on concrete for extended periods of time
Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
Ability to read and count
Observance of all safety rules and regulations
Proactive, self-motivated, and strong ability to multitask
Ability to communicate effectively
