Responsibilities

Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for enterprise clients—including scope definition, configuration, integration, training, and transition to ongoing support
Create and execute onboarding plans tailored to client objectives, timelines, and internal team capabilities
Identify project risks, maintain escalation dashboards, and lead mitigation planning and resolution
Develop and implement a consistent, enterprise-wide project management framework—including methods, templates, tools, governance rules, status reporting, and issue/risk processes—drawing on best practices
Serve as the primary architect and champion of this framework, training and influencing teams across the organization to adopt it as the standard for all client‑facing project work
Establish and manage the project governance cadence, including project charters, stakeholder registers, milestone dashboards, central issue logs, and quality checkpoints
Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals and deliverables
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to client onboarding and enterprise company initiatives
Facilitate coordination meetings, communications, and information-sharing across stakeholders
Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process
Implement best practices and process enhancements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
Continuously gather feedback from clients and internal teams to refine onboarding and project delivery processes
Measure process effectiveness (e.g. time to onboard, quality, satisfaction) and drive enhancements that align with enterprise goals
