Project Manager – HR Technology
Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced HR Technology Project Manager to lead and manage projects supporting HR systems and processes. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring timely delivery, operational readiness, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver HR technology projects from initiation through deployment and operational transition
Develop project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and track milestones to ensure projects are on time and within budget
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and collaborate with internal teams and vendors
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls effectively
Monitor project financials and track progress against budget and benefit goals
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and employee experience
Coordinate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members
Prepare status reports, project metrics, and communications for stakeholders
Ensure smooth operational transition and supportability of delivered solutions
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in HR technology projects
Hands-on experience with Cloud HR systems such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, or SuccessFactors
Proficient in Agile methodology and project management tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Preferred
Experience managing cross-functional and global project teams
Proven track record in process improvement initiatives and operational transitions
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
