Interior Design
Responsibilities
Design Development: Creation and execution of interior design concepts, presentations, and specifications
CAD Drafting & Documentation: Produce detailed CAD drawings, plans, and layouts for presentations and project documentation
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
FF&E & Finish Selections: Support furniture, finish, and material selections with strong attention to aesthetic, budget, and timeline
Install Support: Participate in installations and on-site styling to ensure design intent is executed accurately
Client Interaction: Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations with a professional and polished presence
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, organizing project files, tracking FF&E orders, and maintaining documentation
Travel: Travel for site visits, client meetings, and installations (can be up to ~50% depending on project load)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
2+ years of professional interior design experience (internships included)
Strong eye for design, scale, proportion, color, and composition
Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.); Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus
Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to work hard in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative, positive, and able to work independently when needed
Reliable, punctual, and represents the company well in front of clients and partners
Comfortable with changing priorities, travel, and on-site work
