Responsibilities

Greet visitors and guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide basic and accurate information to guests and callers. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail

Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, coordinating conference rooms, ordering lunches, organizing required supplies

Manage office supplies and restock as required. Ensure the front desk, lobby area, conference rooms and kitchen are stocked, clean, organized, and welcoming

Provide administrative support to various departments as needs arise, proactively creating process improvements and supporting the ongoing work of the organization

Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual candidate interviews, ensuring smooth candidate experience and timely communication with all stakeholders

Support sales and training events. Assist with company-wide meetings and events as needed

Complete various projects in a timely manner as identified by the office manager
