Megazone US is looking for an IT & Systems Operations Specialist to be the operational heart of their Rochester office. This role involves managing the workplace experience, providing finance and HR support, and acting as the first point of contact for internal IT support.

Responsibilities

Own the Workplace Experience: Manage the physical and digital heartbeat of the Rochester office. From conference room AV and local networking to vendor management and facilities, you ensure the team works in a frictionless environment
Finance & HR Support: Provide critical back-office assistance. This includes managing local office expenses, assisting with basic procurement/invoicing, and maintaining data integrity within our HRIS (Paylocity) and ATS (Ashby) platforms
The Onboarding Architect: Take ownership of the technical and operational "handoff" for new hires. You’ll ensure they have their hardware, software licenses, and physical workspace ready for a flawless Day 1, whether they are in Rochester or remote
Internal IT Support: Act as the first point of contact for the US team’s tech needs. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, manage Google Workspace, and help pick up "overflow" tasks as you learn the ropes of our MSP (Managed Service Provider) operations
Business Operations "Jack of All Trades": Embrace the startup variety. Whether it’s troubleshooting a printer, assisting with a physical office move, or helping the finance team audit a software subscription list, you are the person the team leans on

Required

2–4+ years of experience in Office Management, IT Support, or Business Operations
Operational Versatility: Experience (or a strong interest) in supporting finance tasks like expense reporting, vendor coordination, or basic bookkeeping
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable managing SaaS platforms (like Slack and Google Workspace) and providing hardware support (Mac/PC). Experience with HRIS or ATS tools is a plus but not the primary focus
Problem-Solving Grit: A 'no task too small' attitude. You take as much pride in an organized, welcoming office as you do in solving a complex technical issue
Location: Must be based in Rochester, NY for on-site support 5 days a week
