Sales Engineer - MEP
InfraPros, LLC is a leading provider of innovative modular skids for MEP systems, seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales skills to promote modular skid solutions and build relationships with clients in various sectors.

Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities with engineering firms, facility owners/end users, general contractors, and design-build teams
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customized solutions that highlight the advantages of modular skids (speed, quality control, risk reduction, cost savings)
Collaborate with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to develop accurate proposals, pricing, and scope definitions
Identify, recruit, train, and manage a network of independent sales representatives across key geographic regions
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and association events (ASHRAE, ISPE, 7x24 Exchange, etc.) to generate leads and build brand awareness
Maintain accurate CRM records (pipeline, activities, forecasts) and provide regular sales reports to leadership
Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements affecting mission-critical, pharmaceutical, and industrial MEP installations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of technical sales or sales engineering experience, ideally in MEP systems, modular/offsite construction, industrial equipment, or related capital equipment sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment with long sales cycles (6–18 months)
Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss MEP system design, integration, and installation with engineers and contractors
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences
Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S
Preferred
Experience selling to mission-critical (data center), pharmaceutical, or industrial markets
Existing relationships with engineering firms, general contractors, or owner organizations in relevant sectors
Familiarity with modular/offsite construction methods and prefabricated MEP solutions
Experience building and managing independent sales representative networks
