Sparus Holdings is dedicated to environmental safety and is seeking a Field Technician to perform various duties related to gas detection and compliance. The role involves physical tasks such as inspecting meters, reporting abnormalities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Stoop, bend, crawl, walk, climb ladders, and lift weights at a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted

Occasionally ascending and descending stairs and ladders

Work a route to complete meter painting and compliance orders in a timely manner and in accordance with training and procedures

Safely working within the regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance

Recognize abnormal operating conditions such as corrosion meters under stress, etc., and report to the supervisor

Assists in performing regular inspections for AOC (Atmospheric Corrosion) on Meters

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Must adhere to safety requirements & have customer service experience

Must be able to work outdoors in various weather & walk 3+ miles per day
