Responsibilities

Evaluate and respond to customer contract redlines, partnering closely with Contracts, Sales, and Service Operations
Interpret risk, propose compliant alternatives, and craft clear, timely responses
Maintain a redline response repository ensuring alignment with policy and regulatory standards
Work closely with Sales, Technical and Field Service, Contracts, and Quoting to review customer products for contract renewal eligibility
Validate serials/SKUs, assess compatibility with service delivery capabilities, and recommend remediation paths
Provide final review for accurate quoting, entitlement setup, and ongoing service execution

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2 years experience with commercial contracting or other relevant service and support experience
Strong focus on detail and accuracy of work
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI
Excellent organizational, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; a team player and results-oriented
