Responsibilities
Design, architect, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk)
Configure IRM portals, policies, risks, audit test plans, vendor contracts, reports, and accelerators
Lead solution design discussions with clients and recommend best-fit IRM approaches
Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM products and integrations with external systems
Solid understanding of IRM integrations with ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps
Hands-on experience with workflows, forms, scripts, reports, dashboards, business rules, and integrations
Experience working in Agile environments
Qualification
Required
Design, architect, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk)
Configure IRM portals, policies, risks, audit test plans, vendor contracts, reports, and accelerators
Lead solution design discussions with clients and recommend best-fit IRM approaches
Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM products and integrations with external systems
Solid understanding of IRM integrations with ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps
Hands-on experience with workflows, forms, scripts, reports, dashboards, business rules, and integrations
Experience working in Agile environments
6+ years in ServiceNow IRM implementations, including 4+ years as an IRM Architect
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM (Mandatory)
Bachelor of Computer Science
Preferred
CIS – Risk & Compliance / Vendor Risk Management
Knowledge of GDPR, ISO, and other regulatory frameworks
Exposure to HTML, CSS, JSON, AJAX, AngularJS
Experience with entity scoping and industry best practices for IRM solution design
