The Experienced Hire Recruiter in Alternative Investments will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and employee management, ensuring a strong talent pipeline and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a best-in-class talent pipeline across roles including investment bankers, financial advisors, portfolio managers, real estate professionals, institutional sales, and related functions, supporting the expansion of alternative investment products

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting top-tier talent from leading banks, investment management firms, and financial services organizations

Partner with external banking recruiter partners to develop new candidate introductions and align on hiring strategies

Oversee day-to-day employee management, including benefits administration and employee-related initiatives

Stay current on competitive compensation structures; conduct quarterly reviews, provide feedback, and identify improvement opportunities while adhering to budget guidelines

Source, evaluate, and manage vendors, contractors, and external partners to enhance organizational capabilities

Develop and implement initiatives, policies, and programs that complement evolving practices and foster an inclusive culture where employees can grow, belong, and do their best work

Demonstrate proficiency across HR systems to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and support informed decision-making

Foster a positive, productive workplace through clear communication, conflict resolution, and proactive employee engagement

Manage travel logistics for nationwide initiatives and organize company events, employee activities, and team-building programs

Monitor changes in employment legislation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws

Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational priorities

Required

6+ years of end-to-end sales recruiting experience within Private Banking, Financial Services, Investment Management, Alternative Investments, or a talent acquisition agency

Proven experience sourcing and pipelining talent across diverse roles and seniority levels

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology (with an HR focus), or a related field
