Responsibilities

Manage a substantial and highly complex “web” of PAs, services, and resource dimensions that underscores the xPA portfolio
Partner with executive leadership engineering and product managers to ensure alignment with engineering and product priorities
Lead and inspire an organization of technical program managers and software engineers, with a goal of driving alignment among software, hardware, and supply chain partner organizations across Google
Lead and drive regular reviews and processes for efficient decision-making and resource allocation
Present insights to Google’s most senior infrastructure engineering leadership and be an active catalyst for functional role advancement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience in product development, software engineering, client portfolio management, capacity planning, or equivalent experience
10 years of experience leading teams within technical program management or planning/operations equivalent

Preferred

Experience with large-scale, distributed infrastructure, in a public/private cloud context
Ability to work within changing specifications or standards, and create a collaborative team environment while working in ambiguity
Ability to understand the organization's environment, identify connections, and respond to change effectively
Ability to collaborate across boundaries, build relationships, and manage talent and ideas to achieve organizational goals
Strong communication (written/verbal), analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
