They are seeking a Software Developer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative software solutions using Microsoft technologies and modern tools to meet the evolving needs of clients and markets.

Responsibilities

Build high-performing C# microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and modern user interfaces using .NET Core, Blazor, and other UI frameworks

Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation, conduct code reviews, and develop unit and integration tests to ensure reliability

Troubleshoot internal systems, resolve technical challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance workflows and overall system performance

Work closely with Developers, QA, and Product teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment, sharing expertise and supporting peers to achieve project goals

Stay current with emerging technologies, recommend new tools and processes, and contribute to the evolution of development standards and practices

Required

3–5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business, or 5–7 years of related experience without a degree

Advanced proficiency in .NET Core, Blazor, Microsoft SQL, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and JSON, with experience developing REST APIs

Minimum of 3 years using XUnit/NUnit or equivalent testing frameworks, manual testing best practices, and testing legacy applications

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM systems, SharePoint, and financial/budgeting software

Preferred

Entry-level understanding of commercial construction, facility management, or real estate brokerage
