Responsibilities

Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for equipment installation
Designs arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout
Responsible for testing, installing, and maintaining automation/SCADA systems, including hardware, controllers, HMI, networks, databases, and software
Supports project goals by completing tasks effectively and staying current with automation advancements
Ensures compliance with GxP regulations by following SOPs, maintaining documentation, completing training, and upholding quality standards
Programs PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and inspection systems
Implements automation solutions resulting from MNC investigations or CAPA assignments
Contributes to organizational compliance and continuous improvement

Required

High School Diploma minimum
5-10 years of hands-on automation experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device, pharma, biotech, or similar)
5-10 years of experience with high-Packaging equipment
Experience with PLC/SCADA/Vision System Programming

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering or a related technical field
