Responsibilities

Perform design and development engineering assignments for systems hardware, including new product development and updates
Conduct research and apply new processes and methods into product development
Interpret and apply electronic theory and principles to schematics, diagrams, and plans
Establish and execute testing routines, document results, and ensure compliance with technical standards
Design, test, modify, fabricate, and assemble devices or equipment as needed
Influence development of solutions impacting strategic project goals and business results
Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders on matters of strategic importance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 12–15 years of experience, or Master's with 10–13 years

Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage technical teams
Excellent communication skills for executive-level engagement
Active Secret clearance
