Event Specialist - $32.70 - $34.60 per hour
7Seventy Recruiting is looking for an experienced Event Specialist to support the planning and execution of various events. The role involves managing logistics, coordinating event materials, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality event experiences.
Information Services
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and custom events from start to finish
Manage event logistics including registrations, venue research, vendor coordination, and shipping of materials
Coordinate booth setup, hotel arrangements, sponsorship deliverables, and promotional materials
Support webinar programs by managing registrations, promotional schedules, and logistics
Prepare event materials such as signage, name badges, shipping inventories, and packing lists
Track and report on event performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Contribute creative ideas and insights during planning sessions and post-event reviews
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure cohesive event execution
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in event coordination, conferences, or tradeshows
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to quality execution
Preferred
Familiarity with event management tools, webinar platforms, or CRM systems is a plus
