Responsibilities

Gather, organize, interpret, and analyze financial, HR, business development, and operational data

Begin to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities based on data analysis

Create dashboards and build custom reports using Excel and ERP systems

Assist with financial reports and variance analysis, supporting accrual and cash basis reporting

Assist with tasks related to the corporate budgeting process and monitor performance against plan

Support HR data gathering and reporting needs

Support compliance with accounting regulations and internal standards

Document all analysis with accuracy and clarity for internal and external stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or similar field required

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Familiarity with business and accounting principles

Familiarity with FAR regulations and financial reporting standards

Preferred

Experience with corporate budgeting, financial reporting, and ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint or similar) preferred
