Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the Customer Success tech stack, including Gainsight CS, Salesforce, Snowflake, Gong, and Zendesk, to enhance customer success operations
Maintain accurate customer records by identifying and rectifying data discrepancies to uphold data integrity
Design and configure dashboards, reports, and Call-to-Action (CTA) elements, updating workflows and playbooks in line with evolving business needs
Develop and implement new workflows, ensuring seamless integration and operation within the existing tech environment
Partner with Customer Success Operations and participate in cross-functional projects to ensure process alignment with business objectives
Assist in deploying minor system changes and new feature rollouts to keep the systems current and efficient

Qualification

Gainsight CSSalesforceData Integrity ManagementTechnical SkillsCross-Functional Collaboration

Required

3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, including using the Gainsight Platform and Salesforce
Must possess experience specifically with Gainsight CS and familiarity with other Gainsight products, like Staircase
Prior experience with Salesforce administration
Preferred experience with tools such as Snowflake, Zendesk, Gong, and Gainsight API

Preferred

Gainsight trainings and certification are nice-to-have, with specifics such as certification type and date considered advantageous
