Responsibilities

Drives long-term planning and strategic direction for the Salesforce platform for our clients based on the customer’s business requirements

Lead Requirements Gathering Workshops and produce the roadmap, BRD/User Stories, and in translating business requirements into a technical solution

Responsible for designing the overall solution, including but not limited to utilizing Salesforce's out-of-the-box features and declarative methods as much as possible, integrating with secondary systems, and migrating the datasets

Help the customers to run the UAT sessions and conduct end-user training

Experience in projects involving integrations using middleware is a plus

Global experience and working in a cross-cultural environment are a plus

Some travel may be required

Required

Ability to design Enterprise/Large-scale solutions for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions

Must be able to design the integration solutions using middleware and APIs, for example, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica

Must have obtained or be prepared to quickly obtain Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional

Experience with the Lightning Framework on force.com & JavaScript frameworks, and design patterns

Must be able to lead and devise the best approach for the data migration phase of large datasets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience in projects involving integrations using middleware is a plus

Global experience and working in a cross-cultural environment are a plus

Some travel may be required
