Remote - Compliance Manager
Mercy is a healthcare organization seeking a Compliance Manager responsible for managing internal and external audits, surveys, and risk assessments. The role involves working with the Ministry Office to document findings and recommendations while adhering to the organization's mission and values.

Working with Ministry Office and others to determine and document findings and recommendations
Performing duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards
Some travel may be required to meet department needs
Qualification
Required
Must live within the Mercy footprint Missouri, Arkansas and/or Oklahoma
A bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a health care setting, preferably in billing, medical records, auditing, HIPAA Privacy, finance or clinical setting
Knowledge of healthcare operations
Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
