They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Residential Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of their apartment community in Murfreesboro, TN, ensuring high resident satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the apartment community, ensuring well-maintained grounds, facilities, and amenities

Manage leasing and resident lifecycle activities, including move-ins, move-outs, transfers, and renewals

Supervise maintenance operations, service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance; inspect vacant units for market readiness

Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and supporting resident engagement activities

Enforce lease terms, company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Monitor budgets, operating expenses, and rent collections; address delinquencies as needed

Prepare and review financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting

Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff

Coordinate vendors and service contracts to ensure quality and cost control

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance and quality standards

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and local regulations

Collaborate with regional leadership, ownership, and asset management teams

Maintain scheduling flexibility, including occasional weekend availability

Respond to emergencies and oversee risk management procedures

Required

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered

Minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience, specifically with Class A rental properties

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Professional property management certification is a plus
