Responsibilities

Conduct quality control testing on products and materials
Analyze test results, identify deviations, and escalate issues
Ensure compliance with GMP, aseptic technique, and regulatory expectations
Document QC procedures, test results, and supporting records accurately
Assist with troubleshooting, investigations, and root cause analysis
Provide document support for QC and production teams
Work with incubators, biosafety cabinets, and other controlled-environment equipment

Required

0–5 years of experience in quality, laboratory, or GMP operations
At least 1 year of hands-on aseptic technique experience
Experience working in GMP or other regulated environments
Familiarity with laboratory testing methods and controlled-environment equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Clear, concise communication abilities—written and verbal

Preferred

Knowledge of industry best practices and QC principles
