Healthcare IT Leaders is a national leader in IT workforce solutions, and they are seeking an experienced Infor Lawson Legacy ERP Support Analyst to provide operational support for a Lawson v10 system during an enterprise transition to Workday. This role is critical to maintaining system stability while the legacy system remains in production.

Responsibilities

Provide daily operational and technical support for the legacy Infor Lawson v10 environment
Support modules including HCM, Financials (FINS), and Supply Chain (SCM) from an administrative perspective
Troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and ensure system stability during the Workday implementation
Develop and maintain COBOL programs and SQL queries for reporting, fixes, and enhancements
Partner closely with the current system architect and IT leadership; escalate issues as needed
Participate in initial onboarding and knowledge transfer; remote work thereafter with on-site support for key events (e.g., go-live)
Provide on-site support as required near major milestones (including Workday go-live)

Required

Proven experience as a Lawson System Administrator or ERP Support Analyst
Strong hands-on expertise with Infor Lawson v10 (on-premise)
Solid COBOL and SQL skills
Experience supporting HCM, Financials, and/or Supply Chain modules
Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal IT leadership
Comfortable supporting legacy systems in parallel with a modern ERP implementation

Preferred

Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
