Staffing Independent Operator
AtWork Group is seeking driven sales and recruiting leaders ready to step into ownership of their own local staffing business. This role involves leading client acquisition, overseeing recruiting and candidate placement, and managing operations in a protected territory.
Responsibilities
Lead client acquisition and relationship management (hunter mindset: cold outreach, networking, closing deals)
Oversee recruiting, candidate placement, and team building (hire and manage your local staff as you grow)
Manage P&L, operations, and growth in a protected local territory
Deliver temporary, contract, and direct-hire solutions to businesses facing ongoing labor shortages
Qualification
Required
5+ years in quota-carrying B2B sales, account management, business development, or corporate/in-house recruiting
Track record of hitting targets, building client relationships, and leading teams or P&L responsibilities
Entrepreneurial drive: ready to invest in yourself and scale your own operation (investment range: $156K–$213K total, including setup and working capital)
Strong communicator with hunter DNA; comfortable with autonomy and growth mindset
