Project Manager - Implementation

They are seeking an Implementation Project Manager to ensure the seamless onboarding of new customers and manage the full development cycle of software transformations for hospitality businesses.

Responsibilities
Identifying and solving complex process and technology-related problems during the rollout process through methodologies that rely on best practice as much as creative thinking
Managing the project plan and timelines of the implementation, reporting status, and identifying risks to management
Gathering customer requirements by liaising with business teams to produce the right specifications, before configuring our product to meet the needs of our clients
Managing customer and internal resources to drive toward project milestones and overall project execution
Clearly communicating the status of all projects, issues with implementation, and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders
Participating in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the user, to ensure customer needs are met
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a client-facing software implementation project management capacity at a SaaS Software company or consulting firm
Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
Ability to properly scope requirements, identify tasks, and determine the level of effort
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
An ambitious and self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with a company
Preferred
Experience working in a cross-functional, team-based globally distributed environment (experience working in an international environment is desired)
Experience with Workforce Management, Payroll or HRIS systems is strongly preferred
