Responsibilities
Track and manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) across all project workstreams
Perform risk assessments, identify mitigation strategies, and maintain RAID logs using Powered Execution Suite (PES)
Support PMO leadership with project coordination, reporting, and documentation
Manage resource utilization tracking throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate schedules and facilitate meeting planning
Support the development, management, and execution of the project cutover plan
Track project deliverables and assist with securing and documenting deliverable sign-offs
Maintain project plan tracking in collaboration with the SI PMO
Support Workday Delivery Assurance scheduling and execution
Qualification
Required
Strong administrative and project management support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience working on large, multi-workstream technology or ERP programs
Ability to manage details, documentation, and coordination in a structured PMO environment
Access to required systems and tools to support project execution
