Responsibilities

Responsibility for internal and external ISO auditing

Update laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Ensure all aspects of the Quality Assurance process are completed within the accepted timeframe

Maintain appropriate and secure files of laboratory documents and SOPs

Assist with document control database updates

Maintain manual documents for approval

Promote and format active QA manual documents

Assist with maintaining equipment and calibrations on a timely basis

Required

Bachelor's or Master's Degree

knowledge of ISO, cGMP and FDA Quality System Regulations and Risk Management

minimum 2 year of QA experience in the life science industry, especially in cell and molecular biology laboratory

familiarity with QA rules and their application within the laboratory

experience with regulatory or licensure aspects of the life science industry

Excellent organizational skills

knowledge of MS office

Ability to work effectively as part of a cross functional team

multi-task and work well under pressure
