This role involves delivering high-value primary care, teaching and mentoring medical students and residents, and participating in efforts to improve medical education and care delivery.

Responsibilities

Deliver high value primary care in a patient-centered medical home setting

Teach, evaluate and mentor medical students and resident physicians

Participate in divisional and departmental efforts to improve care delivery and medical education

Have leadership experience in directing outpatient teams

Qualification
