Responsibilities
Grow merchant partnerships through cold calling, marketing leads, referrals, social media mining, and your own prospecting strategies
Work remotely as a high-volume phone sales professional, engaging prospects throughout your assigned territory
Build relationships with merchants, understand their business needs, and communicate how Snap’s financing solutions support their success
Maintain consistent activity levels, pipeline development, and high-quality sales interactions
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of inside sales or cold-calling experience (we may consider high-potential candidates with less experience)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and emotional-intelligence skills
Proven success engaging prospects over the phone — confidence, clarity, and strong closing skills are essential
A self-starter mindset with a hunger to win, grow, and exceed goals
