Responsibilities

Manage CE Ops financial operations, including accruals, monthly reporting, POs, invoices, and vendor tracking
Submit and manage Work Orders and Change Orders via CPAF
Coordinate with Procurement, FP&A, and IT Security on contracting, payments, and vendor assessments (PIAs/ITSAs)
Manage end-to-end speaker program venue review and approvals using Smartsheet and Centris
Support advisory board and HCP contracting workflows and financial tracking
Ensure compliance across all CE Ops operational processes
Act as a cross-functional liaison with internal teams and external vendors, including IQVIA

Required

6+ years of project or program management experience in commercial, medical, or compliance-driven environments
Strong finance operations experience (POs, accruals, vendor management)
Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting
Excellent attention to detail and professional communication skills

Preferred

Pharma or biotech industry experience
Experience with speaker programs, HCP contracting, and IQVIA
Familiarity with data privacy and IT security assessments
