Responsibilities
Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope
Manage project resources, including procuring staff, providing coaching, and advising teams
Partner with functional project teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
Lead teams of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
Define test plans and ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, rollout plans, and procedures
Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to key stakeholders
Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are followed
Present project updates to steering committees and project sponsors
Manage multi-year, large-scale projects with significant capital and O&M budgets, addressing complex dependencies
Develop communication plans to ensure stakeholder awareness and timely updates
Publish periodic project status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Apply best practices and innovative techniques in project management for advanced-level project execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees such as MBA preferred
PMP or PMI certification required
Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including proven AI project management experience
Experience managing large-scale, multi-platform technology projects
Strong people management and team-building skills
Ability to assess risk and apply project management principles to technology and business functions
Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment and manage competing priorities
Proven ability to quickly learn business processes and work effectively with partners across organizational levels
