Senior LevelRP Inc. is seeking an experienced Pipeline Designer to support oil & gas and midstream pipeline projects through high-quality design, mapping, and drafting deliverables. The role focuses on linear pipeline infrastructure, requiring hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS to produce alignment sheets, as-built drawings, and permit-related documentation.

Responsibilities
Design and draft pipeline routes using AutoCAD Civil 3D , including alignments, profiles, and as-built updates
Develop and maintain pipeline mapping deliverables such as alignment sheets, plats, ROW exhibits, and permit drawings
Utilize ArcGIS / ArcGIS Pro to create, update, and manage pipeline GIS data and spatial records
Integrate survey data and field information into pipeline design and mapping outputs
Coordinate with engineering, survey, and GIS teams to validate pipeline layouts and data accuracy
Support municipal and regulatory requirements through accurate documentation and revisions
Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
Ensure drafting quality, consistency, and compliance with project standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Pipeline Designer or in pipeline mapping/drafting roles
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for pipeline or linear infrastructure projects
Working experience with ArcGIS or ArcGIS Pro
Background in oil & gas or midstream pipeline projects
Strong understanding of pipeline routing, ROW, and as-built documentation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with municipal permitting and regulatory documentation
Survey data integration and field-to-office workflow experience
Prior work in a lead or senior designer capacity
