Responsibilities

Assess and identify client’s needs to achieve maximum satisfaction while managing large volumes of calls and web chats

Respond promptly to clientele inquiries in a professional manner by providing product insight, availability, and company processes

Resolve product or servicing issues by clarifying the client’s complaint, following up with warehouse, explaining the best solution or alternatives to solve the problem and expediting a solution

Maintain positive and empathetic professional attitudes towards clients at all times

Data entry and processing of orders, reserves, samples, book requests as well as registering new client accounts

Effectively and efficiency manage assigned showrooms acting as their main point of contact for resolving issues, building positive rapports, and achieve win-win outcomes

Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, managers and clients respectfully when necessary by adhering to company policies and procedures

Coordinate internally with various departments assisting in facilitating client needs and requests

All other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by CS Manager or Senior Management
