They are seeking a Sr. Manager Product Engineering to lead a team of Product Engineers, manage product introductions, and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in testing processes.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of Product Engineers located in multiple countries
Project management with effective communications skills with internal cross functional teams, customers and suppliers
Communicate weekly product status and updates on yield, OEE and quality trends
Execute effective teamwork by collaborating with global teams to enable new product introductions at the OSAT’s
Enable product Test Flow implementation to ensure lowest Cost of Test and highest Quality
Mentor and support direct reports in their career development to be able to have scalability of the organization

Required

B.S/M.S in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Experienced in managing a Team of engineers
Knowledge in Test engineering and testers a plus
Ability to learn and problem solve
Comfortable with collaboration, open communications and reaching across functional borders
