Responsibilities
Win and deliver on mandates across ERP, EPM, Analytics, SaaS, Cybersecurity, and Sustainability
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Develop accounts organically and through cross-sell opportunities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, qualification, process management, and placement
Balance sales and delivery in a true 360 environment
Work on high-quality roles with well-defined hiring needs
Target multi-hundred-thousand-dollar annual billings, aligned with a senior-level role
Operate in a low-KPI, high-output environment focused on results
Benefit from strong deal flow and established client relationships
Mentor junior consultants as the team grows
Lead by example—raising standards through performance, professionalism, and attitude
Contribute to a culture built on humility, authenticity, and continuous improvement
Support the scaling of the US operation
Influence process improvements, pod structures, and future market expansion
Qualification
Required
2–6+ years in agency recruitment
Background in technology, finance systems, ERP/EPM, SaaS, or a related specialist market
Proven billing performance (e.g. $150k–$200k+ in a 12-month period)
Experienced individual contributor or billing manager
Comfortable winning business and delivering at pace
Strong communicator with credibility on both client and candidate sides
Ambitious but grounded
Hungry to progress—financially and professionally
Coachable, reflective, and focused on getting better
Values long-term relationships over short-term wins
