Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service or customer success roles, preferably in a software implementation context
Strong understanding of small business operations and challenges
Ability to conduct training sessions effectively via Zoom
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong critical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Proven ability to build relationships with customers and provide consultative support
Ability to create and maintain detailed call notes and resource recommendations
